"Yearn to Learn"

First and foremost, Bernie and I would like to thank everyone for their kind comments in the previous newsletter. Your suggestions and recommendations are always appreciated, as we are always eager to learn from you. On that note, I'd like to share a relevant quote that made an impression on me:

"Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty."
~Henry Ford

Curiosity keeps your soul young, your mind sharp and your world exciting. My observation of successful people is that they never stop learning. They seem to have a constant curiosity and appear to enjoy the process of learning new things. You don't know what you don't know, and I find the more you learn about a particular subject the more you realize how much you don't know. When I'm interviewing new people to join me or my organization I always ask, "What do you enjoy reading and what are you reading now?" I have found over the years that those who are engaged and enjoy the process of learning always contribute to the success of the business. Needless to say, those who don't enjoy learning never really contribute, which is why we don't hire them in the first place. For those of you who have a great book in mind, please share it with us. As always, we will be looking for your comments and suggestions. Enjoy.
